Richard Jin Namkung is an actor best known to Star Trek fans for his role as the Vulcan officer Lt. Chang in the Deep Space Nine episode "The Star Gazer." His brief but memorable appearance added a layer of authenticity to the complex diplomacy between the Federation and its alien allies during Captain Sisko’s command.
