When the crew of Deep Space Nine is affected by a mysterious telepathic matrix, they begin to unconsciously re-enact a long-past conflict over control and power. As tensions rise, Kira Nerys challenges Captain Benjamin Sisko’s authority, pushing the station toward mutiny. With loyalties tested and underlying rivalries awakened, the crew must confront forces beyond their understanding to restore order aboard the station.
