Star Trek: Discovery S01E05 “Choose Your Pain”
Captain Lorca finds himself escorting Starfleet Lieutenant Ash Tyler, a prisoner of war, alongside the infamous criminal Harry Mudd aboard the USS Discovery. Meanwhile, Michael Burnham raises concerns about the damaging effects the spore drive jumps may be having on the tardigrade known as Ripper. As tensions rise between the captives and crew, the Discovery faces ongoing challenges navigating the war-torn galaxy while relying on the experimental spore drive technology.
