Star Trek: The Next Generation S06E25 Timescape
Captain Picard, along with Commander Data, Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge, and Counselor Deanna Troi, return to the Enterprise after a Federation conference only to discover the ship caught in a temporal stasis. As time appears frozen, both the Enterprise and an attacking Romulan Warbird are immobilized in a mysterious temporal anomaly, forcing the group to navigate the suspended moment to uncover what has caused this dangerous situation.
