Star Trek: Voyager S01E09 “Prime Factors”
The Voyager crew encounters the Sikarians, an advanced species known for their hospitality on their home planet. The Sikarians possess a device capable of transporting Voyager thousands of light years closer to home, but their strict laws forbid sharing technology with outsiders. Captain Janeway and her crew must navigate this cultural barrier while exploring the possibility of using the Sikarian device to shorten their journey through the Delta Quadrant.
