During a red alert, the Emergency Medical Hologram activates aboard Voyager to find the ship seemingly abandoned after an unknown crisis. As he investigates the deserted starship, conflicting clues suggest that he might be the only actual living human aboard, unsure if the entire crew and ship are merely part of a holographic program.
