Star Trek: Voyager S02E24 “Tuvix”
During a transporter malfunction aboard Voyager, Tuvok and Neelix are fused into a single new individual named Tuvix. As the crew grapples with this unexpected fusion, Captain Janeway and her team must decide how to address the unique challenges posed by this merged being, whose personality and skills blend those of both crew members.
