Tom Paris and Harry Kim are imprisoned on an Akritirian labor facility after being wrongfully accused of a terrorist bombing. As they face harsh conditions and attempt to prove their innocence, the crew aboard Voyager must navigate diplomatic channels and find a way to secure their release while dealing with the challenges of life aboard the starship stranded far from home.
