Star Trek: Voyager S04E14 “Message in a Bottle”
While exploring an alien communications array, Seven of Nine and the Voyager crew create a way to transmit the Doctor’s holographic program to the Alpha Quadrant. The Doctor unexpectedly finds himself aboard a Starfleet vessel that has been captured by Romulan forces, setting up a tense situation between Starfleet and Romulans far from Voyager’s home. Kathryn Janeway and the crew face the challenge of maintaining contact and dealing with the repercussions of this transmission across vast distances and hostile territory.
